At blër, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your stylist, so we require a credit card on file for all bookings. This policy applies at all four of our locations: Closter, Maywood, and Emerson in New Jersey, and Miami, Florida.

Appointments may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice, and cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are not charged. Any reschedule or cancellation made inside that 48 hour window is charged 50% of the scheduled service value, as is failure to arrive for an appointment without notice.

All appointments booked online are non refundable. Charges applied for a late cancellation, a same day cancellation, or a no show are non refundable and non transferable. Credit card processing and online booking fees are non refundable under all circumstances, including on refunded or canceled services.

Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made by phone during business hours or by voicemail, at the location where your appointment is booked. Requests sent by email, social media, or other messaging platforms are not confirmed unless our team acknowledges them. Voicemails are time stamped and reviewed in the order received.

By booking an appointment with us, you authorize blër to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy.
